Elsewhere Collaborative
I was an NEA Fellow in Residence at the Elsewhere Museum and Artist Collaborative in Greensboro, North Carolina from October 7 - November 10, 2010. Elsewhere is a living museum created out of a former thrift store celebrating the 58 years of collecting of one woman, Sylvia Grey.
During my month I explored local food systems, created a collaborative cookbook, and hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for Elsewhere friends and family.
